For larger installations, MPE can supply a carbon steel vessel painted with C3 compliant paint. This will help to prevent corrosion to the steel shell and all vessels can be built with a thickened shell (extra 3mm) so it has a corrosion allowance.

MPE can put layers of protection in to extend the service life of the vessel in even the worst environments.

MPE offer insulation on all its vessels as standard as per customer need. We offer 50mm thick rockwool clad in aluminium stucco.

For chilled water vessels, MPE can offer a full vapor seal insulation for the vessels ensuring no moisture reaches the shell of the vessel therefore extending the life of the vessel.
