MPE packaged skids systems division offers a service tailored to suit your – often unique – requirements, from the manufacture of individual pipe spools to fully engineered and constructed packages.

Skid/module packages are allocated a MPE project manager to oversee the job from design to delivery and final inspection, ensuring milestones, deadlines, quality and safety specifications and budgets are met.

Skid Package Design Services

From Receiving the purchase order for the project MPE will develop detailed 3D drawings of the skid/module units and throughout the design process keep you the client updated with 3d drawings.

At the forethought of MPEs designers when developing skids/modules are two main aims

• The skid/module is fit purpose and meets the clients specification
• The Skid/moduel can be maintained easily when istalled for longevity of use

MPE will allow mechanical design of piping, equipment, walkways equipment lifting beams and structures and the production of associated detailed fabrication drawings.

MPE in-house mechanical design services are complemented by our Mechanical and electrical Engineers, which offer clients a comprehensive range of project options including:

• The specification and procurement of electrical equipment
• Instruments and controls
• The installation of this equipment

The final completed package can be functionally tested at MPE works prior to dispatch. Our packaged process systems division can handle single process skids up to 20 tonnes and 3500mm shipping width.

MPEs packaged packed skids division will also refurbish plants on site.
