Pressure Vessels

At MPE we have the ability, knowledge and design capability to suit any type pressure vessel fabrication. MPE build vessels in a wide range of material grades including 304 / 316 stainless steel, mild steel, or Duplex to name but a few.

All MPE fabricated vessels can be UKCE or CE marked through a 3^rd party notified body, TUV.

All vessels can be supplied with a full document pack for materials traceability and certificates, hydrotesting, NDT testing, weld mapping, weld log data and vessels fabrication drawings.

All MPE vessels are built to PD5500;2024 specification.

All MPE welding procedures and welding qualifications are carried out by PED notified bodies to ensure that all welding procedures meet the highest standards for the vessel fabrications.

MPE have built multiple UKCE and CE marked vessels such as:

• High pressure 300bar nitrogen
• 450c High temp thermal oil vessels
• -40c Low temperature ammonia surge vessels
• 230c Steam accumulator

In addition to many other vessels containing different mediums for a wide range of industries.
